摘要: Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the most common psychosocial risk factors for absenteeism and extent which low back pain occurs among Slovenian professional drivers as result various factors. Method: involved 275 drivers, mostly men (mean age 41.6 years). Statistical data analysis conducted using SPSS package version 21, MS Excel 2007 Pajek, 3. main method processing regression analysis. Results: results quantitative survey showed that lower is caused by lifting carrying heavy loads, inadequate working conditions, poor physical fitness, regular nights out, shift work, stress. Dissatisfaction with work unsuitable conditions significantly affect incidence pain. Absenteeism influenced such dissatisfaction at disrespectful attitude managers, personal dissatisfaction, lack understanding partner, enjoying nightlife on a basis. Conclusions: clarifies unexplained holistic treatment effects health in population drivers. Such can lead absenteeism. also provides initial demonstration research practice. Furthermore, it solutions approach solve problem management.
