摘要: Experimental studies on the interactions of positive strand RNA virus hepatitis C (HCV) with host have contributed to several discoveries in field antiviral innate immunity. These include revealing sensing pathways that lead induction type I interferon (IFN) during HCV infection and also importance III IFNs immune response HCV. HCV/host our overall understanding viral evasion intracellular response. In this review, will highlight how these led new insights into Overall, hope emphasize studying immunity context is necessary fully understand it controls outcome infection.
