摘要: Abstract Absorption and luminescence spectra decay curves have been measured at temperatures down to 12 K for 4ZnO-3B2O3 glasses doped with Pr3+ Eu3+. Analysis of the has yielded information about probability radiative transitions in impurity ions strength electron-phonon coupling. The strongly non-exponential indicate importance energy transfer migration processes accounting dynamics excited states Pr3+.
