摘要: The estrogenic and anti-estrogenic properties of CI-628 in the uterus, pituitary brain were assessed compared with those estradiol benzoate (EB) after vivo administration to ovariectomized (OVX) rats by measuring changes protein content, enzyme activities [3H]- nuclear binding. 1) EB led increased total glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) activity uterus pituitary, choline acetylase (CAT) preoptic area decreased monoamine oxidase (MAO) corticomedial amygdala (CMamygdala). 2) mimicked all above except pituitary. dependent content less than half changes.
