摘要: Abstract The assignment of service requests to emergency departments is paramount importance both from a life-threatening and an economical viewpoints. In the process more general project that aims at defining optimal allocation policies patients regional hospital network facilities (together with potential reorganization facilities), Department Epidemiology Regional Health Service Lazio, Italy, was interested in obtaining completely offline picture effect departments. This spirit evaluating so-called Price Anarchy, where fully centralized (admittedly unrealistic) used as reference for state-of-the-art decentralized approach future ideas. We have implemented tested real-world data all 2012 mixed-integer programming model computes such request by minimizing travel waiting times penalizing workload unbalance among region. Within development we studied special cases relaxations complete showing interesting mathematical properties are, turn, useful practical viewpoint, example, real-time version approach. present study important, quantitative step evaluation strategies like remote triage could remarkable impact making much efficient effective. More precisely, developed methodology well software tools are currently DEP-Lazio networks healthcare.
