摘要: In this paper I Describe the definition and characteristics of new energy. Systematically represent characteristics, objectives present status about energy in China. Based on situation China， facing deteriorating environment crisis， How to develop China's a efficient reasonable way. At last ，From research analysis development， some good methods Chinese must be recommended.
