摘要: Extractive-free wheat straw, and the corresponding samples issued from its alkaline treatment — i.e. saponified straw alkali-soluble lignin- were submitted to three chemical procedures of lignin characterization: nitrobenzene oxidation, acidolysis thioacidolysis. The various performances techniques comparatively evaluated. thioacidolysis procedure was found have higher with regards two following criteria: prominent alkyl aryl ether structures almost exclusive source for recovered degradation products; these products obtained a high yield. These advantages make an unambiguous way characterize grass lignins, even when present in low amounts.
