摘要: Biomarkers are the measurable changes associated with a physiological or pathophysiological process. The content of urine frequently because it is not controlled by homeostatic mechanisms, and these alterations can be source biomarkers. However, affected many factors. In this study, vasoconstrictor antidiuretic arginine vasopressin (AVP) were infused into rats using an osmotic pump. rats' urinary proteome after one week infusion was analyzed label-free LC-MS/MS. A total 408 proteins identified; among proteins, eight 10 had significantly altered expression in low high dose groups, respectively, compared control group one-way ANOVA analysis followed post hoc least significant difference (LSD) test Dunnett's T3 test. Three differential described prior studies as related to AVP processes, nine known disease Sixteen 17 have human orthologs. These results suggest that we should consider effects on future biomarker researches. study data provide clues regarding underlying mechanisms for researches AVP. This sensitive limitation result candidate biomarkers further verified filtered. Large clinical samples must examined verify identified before used pathological increased diseases, such syndrome inappropriate hormone secretion (SIADH).
