摘要: Clostridium botulinum type A neurotoxin (BoNTA) slowly inhibits the calcium-dependent release of noradrenaline from PC12 cells in a dose-dependent manner. The effects BoNTA on are shown to persist for several days and subsequent cell generations. Examination molecular form cell-associated 125I-labelled after 96h incubation within showed virtually no detectable degradation either heavy or light chains neurotoxin. data suggest that is relatively stable with half-life order days. More than 50% membrane-associated exists high weight, disulphide-linked aggregates these appear be enriched chain possible role action discussed.
