摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the human visual system model and applications of fuzzy techniques to image processing based on this system. The provides a unifying basis for understanding process itself as well application knowledge images. Most complexities behavior have been mathematically modeled in sufficient quantitative detail comprehensively organized digital computer. Human vision acts not only an organ contact with outer world but also intermediary recognition, learning, amusement. As continues grow, more its complexity adaptive nature may surely be modeled. field advances because technical progress development hardware algorithms, there is simultaneous increase efforts aimed at developing sophisticated real-time automatic systems capable emulating abilities or imitating thought. Energy from three-dimensional converted by into two-dimensional entities called “images.”
