摘要: Abstract Objectives To clarify the healing process of disrupted culprit plaques acute myocardial infarction (MI), we serially observed for 18 months after onset MI by angioscopy. Background Although it has been reported that disruption yellow plaque and subsequent thrombosis cause thrombogenicity lasts a month, not clarified. Methods Eighty-five patients with were prospectively consecutively enrolled. Angioscopic studies performed immediately at 1, 6 successful reperfusion. The prevalence thrombus was examined. color grade determined as 0 (white), 1 (light yellow), 2 (yellow) or 3 (bright yellow). Results present lesion in most throughout follow-up, its reduced from one to six (1.9 ± 0.6 vs. 1.1 0.7, p = 0.0003) reperfusion, especially without hyperlipidemia (HL). incidence 92.5% which significantly 63.8%, 4.8% 11.8% months, respectively. (77.8% 45.0%, 0.03) month higher diabetes mellitus (DM). Conclusions lesions detected angioscopy reductions partially MI. This appears deteriorate complicating cases DM HL.
