摘要: In the framework of scalar theory diffraction, we determine rms width angle spread function degraded by surface roughness in reflective grazing-incidence optics cylindrical symmetry for X-ray astronomy. Our derivation does not rely on small approximation, is thus valid arbitrary values, and takes into full consideration mirrors. The dependence beam both angles radiation wavelength studied single double reflection optics, latter being more relevant to telescopes. When approximation applicable, also derive an expression optical system presence scattering that provides correct width.
