摘要: Purpose: Y-box binding protein 1 (YBX1) is a multifunctional linked to tumor progression and its elevated expression an indicator of poor prognosis in various cancers. This meta-analysis aimed investigate the prognostic value clinical significance YBX1 malignant cancer. Methods: Relevant articles published through September 12, 2018 were identified from comprehensive electronic manual search PubMed, Web Science Embase databases. The combined odds ratios (ORs) hazard (HRs) with 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs) used estimate relationship among clinicopathological characteristics, overall survival disease-free-survival patients solid expression. Results: study included 27 studies 5,996 patients. Our analysis revealed significant association between increased differentiation status, size lymph node metastasis; moreover, pooled HR values demonstrated that high nuclear was significantly associated worse (HR=2.14; CI: 1.72-2.67, P<0.001). Conclusion: evidence supports as biomarker guide management indicate prognosis.
