摘要: Achnatherum inebrians is an invasive perennial grass widespread in natural grasslands of north-west China and plays important role grassland ecological restoration. The presence the seed-borne endophytic fungus Epichloe gansuensis A. promotes growth, increases resistance to abiotic stress, affects rhizosphere microbial community host plants. However, relationships among E. gansuensis, bacteria plant contents carbon (C), nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) potassium (K) during different growing seasons are not clear. We examined changes bacterial nutrient ratios with (E+) without (E−) May, August December. Shannon diversity index was higher for E+ than E− plants three seasons. Leaf C, N P root K were leaf C August. C : N lower December, C : K In addition, our results indicate significant interactions bacteria, N, contents, endophyte treatment conclusion, enhanced plants, affected probably by increasing altering structure. This study provides new findings on function including its potential enhancing soil fertility. improvements fertility utilised extrapolating forage grass–endophyte associations.
