摘要: The objective of this work was to develop and fully validate an analytical assay quantify zinc in hepatic tissue. procedure should be as simple fast possible order avoid sample contamination. amount used also reflect the size usually obtained clinical biopsies, which are about 3-4 mg at most. validation protocol is accordance international guidelines, such ICH FDA. parameters evaluated were precision, accuracy, range, limit detection quantification. method 2.0-32.0 parts per billion (µg/l) range. Under described conditions intra inter day precision three levels quality controls lower than 9.06 5.27, respectively, expressed relative standard deviation (RSD). accuracy ranged from 86.35 114.71%. Limit quantification 0.60 2.0 µg/l, respectively. Fresh bovine liver samples evaluate collect biopsies. According results experimental protocol, validated ready use trials involving quantitation using small 2.00 dry
