摘要: Physiotherapists often use adventitious lung sounds(ALS), i.e., wheeze(Wh) and crackle(Cr), to monitor respiratory techniques in acute obstructive(AO) restrictive(AR) patients. ALS are responsive bronchodilators however, evidence regarding its usefulness physiotherapy(RP) is scarce. This study aimed assess the responsiveness of one session RP applied obstructive restrictive included breathing retraining airway clearance techniques. Sound recordings were acquired with a digital stethoscope pre/post intervention, following CORSA short-term acquisition guidelines. Computerised analysis was used characterise Wh(occupation rate duration) Cr parameters(number two cycle duration-2CD) per cycle(BC). Comparisons explored Paired-Samples t-Tests(PASW 18.0). Thirty outpatients(14 males, 55.2±17.8y), diagnosed AO(exacerbation COPD, bronquitis & asthma;n=18) AR diseases(pneumonia; n=12) recruited. A significant decrease for Wh occupation rate(t=4.19, p=0.03) duration(t=2.35, p=0.04) BC, trachea, found In all chest locations, number presented increase(t=-2.71, p=0.01) AO decrease(t=2.05, p=0.05) No differences 2CD. Both changed significantly response RP. diseases may be indicative more airways opened after treatment. increase diseases, suggest movement secretions central airways, allowing air pass leading suddenly open. Further research recommended.
