摘要: Molluscan development is characterised by its extremely regular cleavage pattern. In numerous molluscs the fate of various early-cleavage stage blastomeres has been determined and maps have constructed. On basis similarities between these maps, a generalised molluscan cell-lineage map Recently, validity this challenged. study, first-, second-, third-quartet micromeres third-generation macromeres equally-cleaving gastropod mollusc Patella vulgata was studied fluorescent tracer injection followed epifluorescence microscopy confocal laser scanning microscopy. For first time, complete map, in form clonal-contribution trochophore, constructed with use tracers. This both agrees differs number respects molluscs. The most important deviation that micromere 2d, formerly referred to as somatoblast, not only cell forms foot shell gland Patella.
