摘要: By using both numerical and analytical approaches, we have shown that heterosis alone is not a mechanism for maintaining many alleles segregating at locus. Even when all heterozygous are more fit than homozygotes, the proportion of fitness arrays will lead to stable, feasible equilibrium 6 or 7 vanishingly small. More can be maintained if, in addition heterosis, it assumed there very little variation from heterozygote heterozygote, with ratio mean standard deviation among heterozygotes neighborhood 10. When such conditions hold, allelic frequency distribution uniform, close equal (see PDF). It much likely stable equilibria multiple best explained by niche selection.
