摘要: Electromagnetic fields of very low amplitude have been reported to influence a number cellular functions. Many these effects high degree frequency specificity. Herein it is suggested that some results could be explained by field-induced alteration in the enzymic activity integral membrane proteins. It shown such transition from an initial nonequilibrium steady-state final can lead concentration profiles those charged species cell's ambient electrolyte comprise so-called electrical double layer. Examples variations ions react with membrane-bound enzyme, as well nonreacting ionic species, are given. The modulation systematic extracellular pH and strength discussed.
