摘要: A product–service system (PSS) comprises products, services, networks of players, and a supporting infrastructure. When the PSS becomes operational within product life cycle, interactions players—manufacturer, technical functional customer—become particularly significant. First, we present two-level categorization services list expected exchanges among players. Second, in order to sustain ongoing data, information, knowledge, propose Web 2.0 platform as infrastructure for online collaboration sharing through facilitating dynamic multiple-perspective management.
