摘要: Abstract The design and implementation ofCMS (Collaboration Management System), an intelligent knowledge-based tool designed to help organization members execute organizational procedures is described. CMS aimed at automating the relationships roles of members, rather than just transactions, so that a procedure can be executed by groups problem solvers acting autonomously, cooperatively, collaboratively achieve collective goal. This collaborative process model supports definition, execution, monitoring, dynamic modification implemented as object-oriented system.
