摘要: Three in vitro bioassays (single-node cutting, root tip segment and microtuberization) gave similar results ranking the salinity (NaCl) tolerance of several potato genotypes (Solanum spp.) were verified by tuber yield criteria a field lysimeter trial with salinized irrigation water. Salinity stress consistently depressed growth single-node cutting bioassays, reduced microtuber microtuberization bioassay decreased lysimeters. The was simpler to perform than did not exclude certain as bioassay. can be recommended substitute for more labour-intensive costly assessments effects yield.
