摘要: In order to match the non-aqueous reactive dyeing process of cotton fabric in decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane (D5), water-saving aftertreatment D5 was projected and investigated. Taking dye residual concentration water-extracting solution soaped sample as evaluating index, parameters such type dosage soaping agent, amount water bath, temperature, duration novel were optimized by single-factor tests. The optimal figured out as: 2.2 g L−1 hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide dissolved (300% o.w.f), then mixed with (bath ratio 1:30), dyed for 10 min at 95 °C. rinse procedure can be omitted adopting second procedure. color fastness samples satisfactory.
