摘要: Early post-transplant factors including delayed graft function (DGF), acute rejection episodes, nephrotoxic agents, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and new onset diabetes mellitus after transplantation (NODAT) have all been implicated in worsening both short- long-term morbidity mortality renal transplantation. Optimal management of the transplant recipient begins immediate postoperative period. This chapter provides a stepwise approach to medical urological first 3 months The recipients can be divided into three periods: period, week post-transplant, post-transplant.
