摘要: In order to investigate the origin of intradentinal nerve-like structures, unilateral transection sensory (inferior alveolar nerve) and/or autonomic (cranial cervical sympathetic ganglion) supply was performed in 6 cats. After 2—4 weeks, when degenerative change expected cut nerves, electrophysiological recordings from dentin showed total absence impulse activity teeth subjected denervation regardless whether or not innervation intact. Control teeth, on other hand, responded different local pain stimuli. Electron microscopic study predentin and inner control intratubular structures similar «associate cells» earlier described human teeth. nerve resection, however, advanced were absent.
