摘要: ABSTRACTPolymorphisms in human circadian genes are potential genetic markers that affect diurnal preference several populations. In this study, we evaluated whether four polymorphisms CLOCK, ARNTL, PER2, and GNB3 were associated with a Korean population. all, 499 healthy subjects genotyped for functional GNB3. Composite scale of morningness (CSM) was applied to measure phenotype patterns preference. addition, three subscale scores, i.e. “morningness,” “activity planning,” “morning alertness,” extracted from the CSM. No significant associations observed between CSM scores CLOCK (rs1801260) genotype or T allele carrier status, ARNTL (rs2278749) C (rs5443) status. However, total its subscales significantly PER2 (rs934945) (p = 0.01...
