摘要: Glass ionomer fillings have been suggested to act as a fluoride-releasing system in the mouth. The aim of present study was evaluate whether glass slab applied on enamel can increase fluoride content and plaque adjacent teeth real-life conditions with frequent exposure from other sources. Twenty-five adults living town fluoridated drinking water participated study. initial buccal surface contralateral premolars determined using acid etch biopsy technique. A round placed buccally first molar randomly chosen side mouth (test side). After 2 weeks, test control sides again whilst avoiding site biopsy.
