摘要: The impact of the extremely heavy metal resistant actinomycete Streptomyces mirabilis P16B-1 on mobilization/stabilization, phytoremediation and stress level plants was analyzed in presence absence Sorghum bicolor sterile microcosms containing highly contaminated or control soil. For control, a sensitive S. lividans TK24 used. contents with respect to mobile specifically adsorbed fractions soil were considerably decreased by addition both, living dead biomass strains, showing higher impact. Both strains could grow soil, while only formed new tip growth A plant promoting effect visible for enhancing dry weight inoculated plants. Thus, like are able enhance soils.
