摘要: The processes of globalization have led to a proliferation spheres authority and significant challenges for global governance. In this paper is discussed the concept authority, factors that encourage their proliferation, prospects governance in world disaggregated authority. does not mean impossible, but it will result from government. Instead, emerge interaction overlapping authority; regulation be achieved through centralized spread norms, informal rules, regimes.
