摘要: The possibility that variations in atrioventricular nodal conduction time observed during transient and steady-state responses share common characteristics was examined six anesthetized dogs. Atrioventricular times (AV intervals) obtained (incremental atrial pacing rates, short frequency steps, Wenckebach cycles) steady state (periodic premature stimulation performed at 5 basic rates) were plotted together against the corresponding preceding ventriculoatrial (VA) intervals on a graph for each dog. Despite their diversity, consistently resulted AV fell within well-defined, relatively narrow, crescent-shaped zone graphs. interval small long VA range increased slightly but predictably as decreased. of overlapped markedly. These results show vary given functional domain despite diversity sequential patterns suggest node may be obeying same set rules these very distinct responses.
