摘要: The ultrasonic properties like attenuation, sound velocity in the hexagonal Zr100−𝑋Sn𝑋 alloys have been studied along unique axis at room temperature. second- and third-order elastic constants (SOEC & TOEC) calculated for these using Lennard-Jones potential. velocities 𝑉𝐿 𝑉𝑆1 minima maxima, respectively, 45° with of crystal, while 𝑉𝑆2 increases angle from axis. inconsistent behaviour angle-dependent is associated to action second-order constants. Debye average are increasing has maximum 55° Hence, when a wave travels alloys, then found be maximum. mechanical will better than pure Zr Sn due their high SOEC low attenuation. comparison parameters available theoretical/experimental physical gives information about classification alloys.
