摘要: This article reviews the current status of hormone receptor evaluation in and out Japan, introduces proposed working protocol task force for Adequate immunohistochemical routine practice breast cancer by Japanese Breast Cancer Society. Understanding principles developmental process immunohistochemisty helps us to utilize a scoring system adequately. Methodologies examination procedures are briefly introduced. Each is based on different principles. The takes into account reproducibility results among observers, institutions staining procedures, which justified situation Japan. Future directions standardization also described.
