摘要: Abstract : This paper presents the results of internal Air Force Human Resources Laboratory (AFHRL) research investigating potential applications Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to Concurrent Engineering (CE). Influences from Total Management (TQM) initiative, as well CE, have increased acquisition emphasis on customer satisfaction and proper definition Voice Customer.
