摘要: Platyzoa is a putative lophotrochozoan (spiralian) subtaxon within the protostome clade of Metazoa, comprising range biologically diverse, mostly small worm-shaped animals. The monophyly Platyzoa, relationships between subgroups Platyhelminthes, Gastrotricha and Gnathifera (the latter at least Gnathostomulida, "Rotifera" Acanthocephala) as well some aspects internal phylogenies these are highly debated. Here we review how complete mitochondrial (mt) genome data contribute to debates. We highlight special features mt genomes discuss problems in mtDNA clade. Mitochondrial seem be insufficient resolve position platyzoan Spiralia but can help address phylogenetic questions. present includes tabular survey all published genomes.
