摘要: Paper production requires large amounts of cellulosic fiber, whereas the world’s forested lands and croplands have a finite capacity to supply such resources. To deal with likely future pressure on forest resources, as well hold down costs materials, publications examined in preparation this review suggest that paper industry will need implement several concurrent strategies. In particular, can be expected view recycling central part its activities. Basis weights various paper-based products decrease over coming decades, more fiber content replaced fillers calcium carbonate. Such trends place intense demands upon chemical-based strategies enhance bonding within paperboard. Based literature, further progress reducing amount new resources used meet given set product requirements require combined approach, taking into account attributes, nanostructures, novel concepts bond formation, advances unit operations papermaking.
