摘要: Oocyte vitrification preserves the female genetic resources of elite dromedary camels. In current study, we aimed to explore effects camel oocytes on mitochondrial activity, redox stress, and expression genes related function, apoptosis, pluripotency, cytoskeleton. Moreover, investigated developmental competence vitrified after parthenogenetic activation. Oocytes with Cryotop method were compared fresh oocytes. Our results showed that led increased ROS production in as evidenced by an increase DCFDHA fluorescence intensity, lower activity. At molecular level, reduced mRNA many genes, including those function (TFAM, MT-CO1, MFN1, ATP1A1, NRF1), pluripotency (SOX2 POU5F1), apoptosis (p53 BAX). contrast, KLF4 cytoskeleton-related (ACTB KRT8) was not affected. However, found no difference rates oocyte survival, cleavage, blastocyst development, hatching between warming. indicate although metaphase II (MII) adversely affected functions, effect transient without compromising potential
