摘要: The I nternational Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) is committ ed to achieving effe ctive protection, restoration and sustainable use biological diversity ecosystem processes on the high seas. IUCN Resolution 4.031 (2008), “Achieving conservation marine biodiversity in areas beyond national jurisdiction”, called, inter alia, promotion arrangements, agreements that ensure consistent, coordinated coherent application best governance principles approaches, including integrated ecosystem-based management precautionary approach.
