摘要: Abstract Study Design Retrospective cohort. Introduction Rehabilitation interventions are commonly prescribed for patients with shoulder pain, but it is unclear what factors may help clinicians' prognosis final outcomes. Purpose of the The purpose this study to determine best predictors improved patient-reported outcomes at discharge in pain. Methods chart review 128 presenting pain an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Chart captured data regarding patient demographics, treatment interventions, history, and outcome scores. primary dependent variable was overall change score QuickDASH (initial discharge). Thirty-eight predictor variables were entered into a forward stepwise multivariate linear regression model which degree contributed variable. Results identified 5 that yielded R = 0.74 adjusted R2 = 0.538 (P Discussion Early scores, equal minimal detectable scores on appear be strong indicators positive trajectory benefit from rehabilitation. Conclusion Using throughout care, not just start end will provide therapist feedback patient's progress indicate effectiveness. Levels Evidence 4.
