摘要: In the last fifty years, new engineering problems, connected with gravel extraction, installation of dams and disposal mine waste into rivers, have risen to extent that sediment transport modeling is assuming a key role in realistic river hydraulic simulations. Floods, meandering, load computation, bed aggradation or degradation, channel design navigation are some problems concerning rivers. The description dynamics morphodynamics then relevant clearer analysis existing models necessary. Standard mathematical for rivers employ simplified continuity equations. These equations, essentially mono-phase model, only valid low concentrations Froude number. A rather complete approach, quasi-two phase presented thanks coupling between hydrodynamics it can be applied also higher concentration regimes number. Finally, numerical simulation has consider non-uniformity sediments. In this work, more traditional scheme, which grain size distribution curve divided discrete number classes calculated each class, compared novel formulation. This method based on series expansion formulas. conclusion, algorithm integrated sorting non-uniform order better describe morphology.
