摘要: Twenty-four patients with mild to moderate primary hyperparathyroidism were followed for an average of 2.45 years serial determinations serum ionized calcium and intact parathyroid hormone (PTH). For the entire group remained stable, whereas PTH increased significantly. Eleven (group 1) demonstrated a significant increase in time. The remaining 13 formed 2. Comparison changes (%) each subgroup showed small but 2.6% time 1, while by 78%. In 2 stable modestly 22%. Serum concentrations creatinine throughout follow-up period both groups. Despite greater precision calcium, measurements are evidently more sensitive than detection progression hyperparathyroidism.
