摘要: Abstract Background: Totally laparoscopic total gastrectomy (TLTG) for gastric cancer is still uncommon because of the technical difficulty performing esophagojejunostomy laparoscopically. We have developed a secure technique intracorporeal and successfully performed TLTG method using an endoscopic linear stapler. Our experiences with this are reported here. Subjects Methods: Between July 2009 May 2010, 124 patients underwent staplers in one institution.
