摘要: Abstract Demineralized extracellular bone matrix, when implanted subcutaneously into allogeneic rats, induces an invariant sequence of events resulting in de novo cartilage, and marrow formation. We have recently demonstrated the dissociative extraction successful biological reconstitution boneinducing molecule(s) demineralized matrix. As mesenchymal cell proliferation precedes differentiation endochondral bone, we examined bone-inductive molecules for mitogenic activity on human rat fibroblasts bovine endothelial cells. The results revealed that molecular fraction obtained by sieve chromatography Sepharose CL-6B responsible induction is capable stimulating 2500 300 % respectively, as compared to cells grown a serum-free medium. Endothelial do not seem share this response. This factor exhibits significant effect growth-promoting both at dose 0.5 ng protein/ml culture These demonstrate presence tightly bound growth
