摘要: In this work, NiFe nanowires were grown into highly ordered porous anodic alumina oxide (AAO) templates by dc electrodeposition at various deposition times and pH values. During the process some electrochemical bath parameters such as ion content, voltage, temperature of solution kept constant. The morphological properties nanowire arrays studied scanning electron microscopy (SEM) transmission (TEM), chemical composition was determined examination energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectra, magnetic behavior vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).
