摘要: The processes by which atoms in solids are displaced from their normal positions high-energy neutrons, cyclotron particles, and electrons discussed. A radiation damage model is presented involves two basic features: (1) the production of interstitial vacant lattice sites, (2) displacement spikes. These concepts sufficient to account for most observed property changes resulting atomic particles. Some experimental results provide direct support these presented.
