摘要: One of the problems that must be dealt with in a deregulated electricity market is estimation electric power quality supply and load. The presence nonlinear, time-variant, disturbing loads connected to network responsible for periodic nonperiodic disturbances on line currents voltages. availability indices quantification such assessment responsibility their generation utmost importance adoption energy billing policies aimed at discouraging insertion uncompensated loads. This paper analyses distributed measurement method evaluation global index disturbances. proposed validated by means simulations IEEE industrial test system harmonic modelling simulation. Some experimental results obtained small low-voltage are also reported.
