摘要: A high-resolution seismic survey was conducted in western Lake Geneva on a small delta formed by the Promenthouse, Asse and Boiron rivers. This dataset provides information changes geometry sedimentation patterns of this from Late-glacial to Present. The deposits lacustrine has been mapped using 300-m spaced grid lines acquired with 12 kHz Echosounder subbottom profiler. complete three dimensional image sediment architecture reconstructed through stratigraphie analysis. Six different lobes have recognized prodelta area. Depositional centers lateral extension changed time, indicating migration fluctuation river input as well lake currents wind regime time glacier retreat slope is characterized high instability causing slumps developing accumulation biogenic gas that prevents penetration.
