摘要: It is well known that aged or senescent cells develop a complex senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP), which observed both in culture and vivo. However, the mechanisms underlying induction of SASP are largely unknown. We demonstrate retinoic-acid-inducible gene-I (RIG-I) induced through ataxia telangiectasia mutated-interferon regulatory factor 1 (ATM-IRF1) axis RIG-I signalling mediates expression two important mediators inflammation, interleukin-6 (IL-6) IL-8. Klotho has been associated with ageing. show here intracellular, but not secreted, form klotho interacts this interaction inhibits RIG-I-induced IL-6 IL-8 vitro Our study uncovers mechanism functions as an anti-ageing suppression RIG-I-mediated inflammation.
