摘要: flavopiridol. Tumors were removed from the mice 20 days after t reatment, and TUNEL Immunohistochemical stainings performed. Results: Significant tumor growth delay was observed in radiation only combined treatment groups, when compared with control group. However, there no significant difference between curves of flavopiridol group or combination Apoptotic cells different groups detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-medicated nick end labeling (TUNEL) staining. The expressions Ku70 tissues analyzed immunohistochemistry. Similarly, dif ference found apoptotic rate expression among groups. Conclusion: Flavopiridol did not show evidence enhancing radioresponse mouse mammary tumors this study.
