摘要: LiFePO4 nanocrystals were synthesized at a very low temperature of 170°C using carbon nanoparticles by solvothermal process in polyol medium, namely diethylene glycol without any heat treatment as post procedure. The powder X-ray diffraction pattern the was indexed well to pure orthorhombic system olivine structure (space group: Pnma) with no undesirable impurities. exhibited mono-dispersed and carbon-mixed plate-type average length, width, thickness approximately 100 300 nm, 200 50 respectively. It also appeared reveal considerably enhanced electrochemical properties when compared those pristine LiFePO4. These observed results clearly indicate effect improving reactivity synthesis significantly lower temperature.
