摘要: Premise of the Study Plagiorhegma dubium (Berberidaceae) has been listed as an endangered species in Korea due to extensive collection and destruction natural habitats. In this study, 30 microsatellite loci, including 25 polymorphic were developed for P. use population-level genetic analyses. Methods Results We carried out transcriptome sequencing isolated a total expressed sequence tag-simple repeat markers from using Illumina HiSeq high-throughput sequencing. To test utility markers, we genotyped 60 individuals three populations estimated number alleles levels observed expected heterozygosity. Expected heterozygosity ranged 0.000 0.594, 1.000, 0.744 populations, respectively. Conclusions These transcriptome-derived simple are highly can be widely used characterization dubium. Population studies with these will provide valuable insights conservation by unraveling evolutionary patterns
